The property has a well equipped kitchen and small but cosy sitting room with an open fireplace. An additional sitting area, off the master bedroom, boasts a Juliet balcony with views of the River Dart. A parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park or park and ride. Two bedrooms. Second floor: 1 x King-size with en suite shower room with shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. First floor: 1 x double. Kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room. Family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), w.c. and wash-hand basin. A small bunk bedded room (for 1-2 children only) is available on request.
